We are pleased and proud to announce the renovation project of which we are responsible. currently the subject of Living Place and present the first piece of this important initiative: the new Icon Prestige rooms!

The hard refurbishment of our rooms paid particular attention to a design of the spaces inspired by the most innovative international trends and functional in use, to create flexible environments adaptable to the different needs of guests, maintaining a fresh and welcoming atmosphere, in line with the welcoming spirit of the hotel.

With a keen eye on the latest design trends and the topic of sustainability, innovative solutions have been applied to ensure that each space is not only beautiful to look at , but also comfortable to live in, functional and environmentally friendly. Furthermore, the latest generation and very high quality materials were used.

Aries Group is developing this complex hotel renovation project, signed by the prestigious Rizoma Architetture studio, with the aim of offering renovated environments, perfectly integrated with the surrounding natural context, and inaugurate a new phase in the history of Living Place, characterized by innovation, attention to the environment, comfort and hospitality of a higher level.

The first phase of the project involved the rooms and will be followed by the complete redesign of the common areas, including entrance, lobby, meeting rooms, conference room, restaurant and veranda.
