JSH Hotels & Resorts launches the "Local Expert" project

JSH Hotels & Resorts is launching an ambitious project called, "Local Expert", a modern concierge concept that is more highly evolved than traditional concepts, providing different and more interesting activities in accordance with the involved destinations. The group, which since its inception has had among its main objectives the enhancement of not only the hotels, but also the natural, artistic, historic, cultural, and enogastronomic heritage that characterize each location. JSH has added the role of this specialized concierge to a competent professional, possessing a deep-rooted knowledge of the specific environment and to customer service: the local expert. The local expert is able to advise, create and customize an agenda that is tailor-made for the discerning customer, moving away from traditional, tired programming beaten down by mass tourism, to offer unusual and little-known paths to discover the true essence of the surrounding region, transforming a simple vacation into a discovery. Among various proposals, there is for example the "Venetian rowing" excursion proposed by Galzignano Golf & SPA Thermae Resort, a fascinating journey on historically typical wooden boats, paddling leisurely along local canals, through parks, descending forests and amongst beautiful Venetian villas; while Acaya Golf Resort & SPA in Puglia recommends a sculpture course conducted in the shade of ancient local olive trees by the renowned maestro of the local stone, Renzo Buttazzo; and finally from the Pìcciolo Etna Golf Resort & Spa, located on the slopes of the great volcano, where one can explore on horseback the 4 basic elements of water, fire, earth, and air, while discovering the incredible beauty of this ancient territory. The local expert will also be able to recommend and book restaurants, trendy bars, tickets for the best events on the local calendar, yacht rental service, limousines, helicopters or other aircraft.".
